HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL! Had a multiple hang ups the day before my event when I ask to speak to Sean. I paid for bottles of champagne to do a champagne toast and instructed him to serve it when we give him signal but the day of my wedding he decided to serve it even we weren't there yet and my family and friends were just setting up for the ceremony. What makes me really disgusted about this place is when SEAN TULLY(manager of the club) yelled at my 10 yr old nephew to get down at the table in front of our family and friends. My nephew was not on the top of the table at all(if he was I'm sure my family will see it), he was most likely playing or attempting to do it but that does not give him the right to yell at a kid in front of everybody and embarrassed him like that, he could have told any adults over there. Everybody were so shocked on what he did and my nephew started crying. After the party, my other nephew told me that the bartender also yelled at our 2 nieces( ages 3 and 5), she was about to grab one of my niece but since my nephew saw it he went ahead and grab her. I don't know how can this people yelled at the kids like that! Maybe if they were white kids, they would've approach them differently. Today, I just got off the phone with Sean's supervisor BRYAN CAMPBELL who did not apologize at all and obviously on Sean's side. I would not be surprise if this happen again! I would not recommend this place at all. BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THE STAFF WAS NOT KID FRIENDLY!!!!
