Fun themed mini golf, been here for years! Driving range as well and ice cream, Never too crowded and well kept. We would always alternate between here and Captain's corner, but we liked the course here more. Have fun ;)

I booked my son's birthday party at Jurassic Mini-Golf two weeks ago. When we arrived today, the place was dark and there was no sign of life. We left several messages on the answering machine, and were left standing in the rain, with my five-year-old wondering why he wasn't able to celebrate his birthday with his friends. Weather notwithstanding, we would have been happy to celebrate in the party room. There was no indication at the time of booking that we would need a rain date in case of inclement weather, and no attempt from anyone connected to this establishment to call us and notify us that the venue was closed. Horrifying lack of professionalism and respect - we will NEVER go there again. I wouldn't even have offered one star, but it was the only way to post this review.

Arrived at 6pm on a Sunday (Father's Day). It was closed. A sign said "open Saturday and Sunday until dusk", and there were several hours of daylight left. When I passed by it a week later at the same time, it was open. They have very strange hours for sure, call ahead!

Though I’ve never personally been, I’m an avid mini golfer who loves a well maintained course that is both challenging AND fun. I’m also a proponent of safe golfing and make it a practice to never play after dusk. This place seems like a natural fit. I can’t wait to go, but don’t worry, I’ll make sure to arrive at 7:29;)

So I am an employee at this place. I have been here for two years. I have been mentioned in some of the reviews, and I can give an honest opinion of this place. We just redid all of the greens so the course is in very good shape. From many customers, I have gotten remarks that the course is fun yet challenging. If I can respond to some of the people who are upset with the time it takes to serve ice cream, frappes can take some time. We have one person serving ice cream, another at the register. If we have two serving ice cream, then we will get in the way of each other which makes us more prone to get in each others way. Plus, with a person at the register, that means once we serve the ice cream, you can pay for it immediately and do whatever you want instead of having to wait for the server to be done to ring you up at the register. In addition, I understand the upset about the hours. It took me a week or two to figure out our hours(this was before we had every day have the same hours). The rule is, we let anyone in from 10 am to 7:30pm. If you show up at 7:25, we will let you in. If you show up at 7:30, we will let you in. However, if you show up at 7:40 or 7:45, we will not let you in. This is because on average, it takes about an hour to finish this course. Now, there will be people who go through the course in 30 minutes, but we have to have the rule apply to everyone. If it takes an hour, it will be 830 when you finish. At that time, it becomes dark. We value safety for our customers, so we do not want anyone playing golf in the dark. It could lead to someone falling and hurting themselves. We want to keep a family friendly and safe atmosphere at our mini golf course. If people are falling and hurting themselves, then that entire atmosphere is in jeopardy. Now we understand that the rule stinks, especially if you are going here for a birthday(like some reviewers have) and we won't let you in because you showed up past 7:30. We understand that it is a bummer, but to keep our customers safe, we have to enforce this rule. I hope people read this review because this is the most informational review for this business in terms of the most popular questions. P.S. I feel like this should also be addressed. We got rid of the driving range in 2006. We get about three people a day asking that, so it would not be right if I did not talk about that.
