Absolutely pitiful greens! If you love golf then don’t stay here. These greens will make your putting worse. Greens were very soft and very slow! I don’t think they ever punch them and I know for a fact that they don’t double cut! Save your money and go somewhere else if you love Golf! What a disgraceful place. You can tell management doesn’t play golf.

I’ve been here twice so far and will most definitely be going back. Customer service is on par, the facility is kept up very nicely, and the services are stellar. I think if you are looking for a nice spa to chill at, Cranwell should definitely be on your list.

Not worth the price at all! Outdated rooms look like Motel 6. Location is good and it is quiet however no breakfast ( for 350 $ per night you would expect it!) Spa is OK however you pay the fee ( on top of 350 nightly rate) and parking is occupied and spa busy because they try to fill the spa with memberships so - it ends up being crowded. Bottom line- not at all worth the $$$ I made a HUGE mistacke for staying. Also- carpets are dirty and if you have allergies please avoid as you will end up aggravating them. Will never stay at this property again- it looks like Downtown Abbey when you look at photos and in reality it is a level slightly better than Motel 6!

Not worth the price. I got a pedicure, it was 72 bucks. The pedi chairs are in the back of a windowless salon with poor air circulation. It smelled like acetone. They did not have drying fans for my toes so after waiting the advised 20 minutes plus 10 minutes, I put on my winter boots. When I got home, my big toe was ruined. I'm not going back to get it fixed, the wait at the front desk was ridiculous.

This is a beautiful Resort in a beautiful location. We primarily been here for holidays for brunch, and the food has always been excellent whether it's the carved and served meats and pastas, or the foods at the buffet. While it is a very nice place, the restaurant itself is not stuffy. We felt for the price, and the level of service, that this was a great experience and a great deal. We will continue to come here for special occasions in the future.
