Great for hitting a quick bucket on lunch. one of the guys in the clubhouse could be friendlier. we feel like we are bothering him by getting a bucket of balls.

Need to re-hab the mats in the driving-range booths, maybe better or discount pricing on driving range balls.

I admit - I don't play golf, but I am reviewing Route Fore for the ice cream! Today was a blazing hot day and I was headed down Route 4 with my kids when we passed the giant ice cream cone by the side of the road. So, we spontaneously stopped for a cool treat. It was delicious and hit the spot. We ordered two kiddie-sized and one regular small cup; the sizes were very generous and the three together cost me just under $6, which I think is a great price. Between us, we had the chocolate, mint chip, coffee and strawberry and each flavor was delicious. The ice cream was soft and creamy. We ate outside in the covered pavilion off the main eatery and it was lovely. Apparently, there are plenty of other menu options. People at the table beside us had generous baskets of fries and chicken fingers. I don't head out that way too often, but I would not hesitate to stop there again for a snack (and maybe one day I will learn to golf).
