Before visiting Twin Oaks I read many negative posts on various sites, this was almost enough to make my girlfriend and me stay away. Most of the negative ratings seem to describe a situation involving a very angry and rude male employee. Upon arriving, the staff was very kind, however, we did not meet the employee we had read so much about. The carts were in great shape and the prices were low - $12 a person with a cart on the weekend. The holes near the road were well kept, however, the holes near the back needed some work - they were in rough shape. I would recommend Twin Oaks. We had a good time. It's a great place to get in a quick 9 for an awesome price. We will definitely be returning frequently because we enjoyed it and it is convenient. If you're looking for more than 9 holes, obviously look elsewhere. Also, if you're looking for something more upscale, you might also look elsewhere. Still, give Twin Oaks a try - it's a fun little course. Of course, if we ever have an experience with the disgruntled employee we've read so much about we'd probably never go back. Hopefully those stories are exaggerations, but who knows?

This is a very nice well groomed 9 hole course. Very fair and yet challenging. Lots of fun to play as well as affordable.
