I've been coming here for 2 winter seasons now and very much appreciate this place being in business and its affordable rates. I've gotten to know many of the staff by name and have never had anything even close to a bad experience in the 50+ times I've probably been here. It totally meets my standards of being tidy and clean and ya can't go wrong for $10 a bucket in the middle of winter! Thanks guys for providing a great winter space in the off season. The no bag policy that will be coming is a bummer, but probably do to the fact that some folks have been stealing the rubber tees into their bags and sneaking in beers. I've also seen some folks be careless through the doors with their bags too where the clubs flop around and bang on the glass. I enjoy bringing in my bag - I stash my golf shoes, wallet, cell, water, gadgets, balls for putting, etc., and hope that the no bag policy is reconsidered. Either way, I'll still keep coming.

I come hear often to practice. Usually very friendly. Today there was another event going on at the Aldrich Arena. One of the staff informed other customers that there were “foreigners” using the arena and they were unorganized thus the issues with parking. I let him know his comments were insensitive. Very unlikely to come back. I’ll drive further to use another facility. I hope the owners read this and provide cultural competency training for their staff.

My husband and I were considering a visit to your dome, after reading the large amount of bad reviews, that was quite a big impact on spending our money there. But seeing that you will not allow golf bags in there starting may 1st is just ridiculous. Like were going to carry in all the club's we want to use and risk theft or accidently leaving one? Yeah, stupid rule. If you are worried about safety etc, do what they do at the xcel, check bags...duh! Well, seeing that you can't even hit 4 stars in your ratings, good luck being successful, especially when Top Golf is coming...I'd consider really cracking down on your employees for friendlier service and catering to your paying customers more and reading these reviews to improve your facility.

Fun times! It's a bit run down but serves it's purpose as a place to whack some balls. Staff was helpful and the parking was more than adequate.
