Great experience for golf shopping. This store has the widest selection of golf things in tri state area. The used club section is abundant and great, clothing and equipment are new and updated. They have everything you need for golf. Great for trying out clubs (in the crazy amount of hitting bays) you may be interested in but would recommend going to a proper fitter for clubs. The putting green is spectacular. Awesome store

100% better off going to Golf Galaxy across the highway or club champion. (Both a mile away option) Have felt this way for a few years but I keep going back bc I get so many PGA gift cards from family and friends. TODAY I needed to replace a 56 and 52 degree wedge. I went to the vokey website before to confirm the grinds. As I’m at PGA store I can’t get a single person to confirm a simple question (bounce related). I was told twice on the floor that they were in the middle of fittings and couldn’t help. Tried to hit both clubs but walked away after 15 minutes at the practice range. Not one person came trying to help anyone unless you are buying a set of irons or woods. I did my research before and knew what to expect STILL nothing has changed. The manager who has white/gray slicked back hair is a hack. Go elsewhere.

Terrible service! They do not know about good customer service. The tennis stringer Scott never delivers the racquets on the scheduled time, the managers don’t care about the service provided, and the people here are clueless. This is one of the worse places to obtain services, hopefully they fix this and make it better in the future. Scott should be fired by management, he always does the same thing to people. Very bad place !

Put on hold for 30 minutes after I asked about a club. 4 different people kept answering asking what I needed and eventually I was hung up on. I called back and the new employee who answered my call "checked" for the club in 10 seconds .. what a joke. Stay away
