I visited this store with the intention of buying a set of irons. After finally tracking down someone for help I asked about the specific set I was interested in. The associate shrugged his shoulders, said they were good and told to go do some more reasearch online and come back. Apparently doing research online means I will buy somewhere else too. Unfortunate.

I was looking for a set of quality irons for my husband. Walked around browsing the clubs for about 5 mins while all the salespeople stood in the back chatting. Another customer (man) came walking around the same area as me and a salesperson darted out to greet him. Horrible judgement call. Lost my business for good.

I always have a great experience at Golf Galaxy. I practically live in the store when the weather doesn't allow golf. I have always found the staff to be friendly, courteous and helpful. And their clearance sales are great, as is their new and used club selections.

The letting go of Rick Frederick was disheartening to hear. Freddy was always attentive and helpful. He was loyal to GG, it's always bad when that loyalty is not returned.

I bought a R15 Taylormade Driver yesterday. It was a new club and was on sale. When I took it to the driving range (after having removed the cellophane wrapping) I realized that Golf Galaxy had not given me the adjusting wrench that comes with the club. I called this morning and was told that since it is a model year old no wrench is provided and that furthermore if I return the club now it will be treated as a used club. Nice way to do business.
