What's up is down there. What's down is up. They putt instead of drive. They use their drivers to putt. When you get there all the cups are upside down on the tables with all the silverware inside the cup. I went an ordered a chicken sandwich. After waiting an hour the waitress finally came with it but threw it at my shirt. "I don't like food fights!" I yelled. She apologized and made me another one....They should just move the whole golf club and tavern to an entirely different state at least 700 miles away. GET AWAY FROM ME! One time I went to the tavern late at night but it turned out to be closed. I saw a bunch of people circled up by the heart shaped stone wall music stage. I ran down there to see what they were doing. I recognized a few of the employees. But then they looked at me and pointed and said "what's that guy doing here?" "Get him out of here!" I got scared and ran away.

Usually very good, great food, atmosphere, etc. so I won't score low. However very recently had to wait for a very long time for our waitress to acknowledge us after we were seated (downstairs). When she finally came back to take our food order on her way to deliver another drink order to another table, we were informed a particular special was no longer available and as we reviewed the menu, she retorted with, "hurry up, my drinks are drying up over here"! She may have thought that was funny, it was rude and uncalled for. The meals were great (even though she couldn't remember who ordered what with only 4 people). This will not prevent us from coming back however, we do like it there.
