This place is amazing! Our wedding is beyond my expectations.:) Great staff! special mention to Mark who oversees our wedding. He helped even the decor, made sure everything is perfect.:) Thank you so much to all of you. You made our Big Day unforgettable. All our guests had fun with us. Food was exceptional! Lots of yummy foods. The price is reasonable and affordable too. We had the photo shoot in the beautiful scenic, mountains, golf. We were given a hotel room which is included in the wedding package 2 nights and free golf. I highly recommend this place, four venues to choose. Ours was at Black Bear 🐻 😍 Very private., beautiful place. It rained so we didn't have the garden wedding but rain is a blessing so no complain.:) Ceremony inside was beautiful.:) So happy I found Crystal Spring Resorts.:)

I have been here many times. It is a great place. However, they are getting lazy. People spend a lot of money to be here and use the facilities. All of it. If there is snow on your pool roof preventing people from going in the heated outdoor pool to escape the highly chlorinated smell from the inside pool, you should have a tool to clean the roof from snow so people are not at risk of injury, and therefore can use the outdoor pool. This is mainly a winter resort. You should be prepared to be fully operational in winter. No excuse!

This place was awesome!! My partner and I called in for last minute for lodging for New Years Eve and we we pleasantly engaged by the staff. The room was awesome and the environment was great! We had a blast!! Definitely going back.

Very disappointed. My husband took me there for a night for my birthday. The 1st room had fresh blood droplets on the sheets. Requested a different room which wasn't as nice also had blood on the sheets. We called to have the sheets changed. Wasn't' advised to make reservations for dinner when we made our reservations to stay. We were not able to get into any restaurant except the Tavern which we had to eat at 9pm. The dinner service was awful. We waited for water and never recieved bread. We had to ask for both despite the waitress has passed our table countless of times. The food was okay , not great. We were so excited to use the pool. It was freezing and couldn't enjoy it. We ordered room service for breakfast and never received it. They were going to charge us if we did not say anything. When we checked out they gave us $50.00 off. $50.00. Wow thanks after spending so much. Needless to say, this experience was not a very good one. Won't be going back. I am very disappointed.

We attended the Easter brunch this past Sunday. Was I disappointed. At $65 per person, I had (key word) great expectations for a great dining experience with the family. First impression, not impressed. The seating was very cramped for our party of 10. The food was luke warm, and several of the chaffing dishes were not readily refreshed. Have a a Bloody Mary, or a Mimosa? Not without an extra charge!? The coffee? Very good, but would have been excellent if it was hot. Desserts were probably the best out of all, but it was a small selection. Have been to other places for half the price, with nicer rooms, more space and a host of fresh, hot, foods to choose from. (The family did report the shrimp was fresh, and no real complaints with the carving stations.) With a little more care, better planning and attention to details, it could have been a good experience. I will not be returning next year.
