Very friendly staff, especially Angelo at the counter. And a course that offers enjoyment for both beginner and more veteran players. Also very fair pricing for 9/18 and a cart!

Beautiful landscape and scenery. The elevator wasn't working and neither was the air conditioning. The building staff was well aware that the event would have a demographic population of people ages 50 - 75. The patrons had to open the windows themselves and the party got started a little late because the DJ needed help carrying his equipment up two flights of stairs. There was also police on the premises to police the party of predominantly people of ethnic background. I don't think that they were accommodating at all.

This course is OKAY for the price. My only major problems with it were the following. 1- The fairways were not even close to being mowed correctly... you could not tell the difference from the fairway and the rough. 2- I'd say 5/18 greens had scalp marks from where it looked like the mower blade was bent and when the holes were moved around the green, the grounds crew seemed to fill the old holes with sand... never have i seen that before. 3- Some of the greens had oil/gas marks from where the mower leaked. I played the red course because I heard it was better kept than the blue... makes me wonder how bad the blue is. Honestly the course is not worth the price of $30 for 18 with a cart.

Course was in horrible condition, greens were absolutely drenched and they were still watering them. Drove the ball off 4 had maybe 150yds in, and the worker cutting the green just kept putting along... clearly saw me but kept doing his thing. Pay for what you get, cheap to play, but wouldn't even take my kids here to learn. I'll give them 2 stars though because the young girl working there helped with my refund.

If I could give this course zero stars I would. This is by far the poorest condition I've ever seen a legitiment golf course in. I could hardly tell the difference between the fairways and roughs on most of the holes. I've played a lot of courses and this ranks as one of the worst, if not THE worst. I payed $13 dollars to walk 9 holes on a Monday so the green fees aren't exactly cheap either. The pro shop hardly even has anything inside of it. I mean it doesn't even look like the city even tries to make this place look respectable. I play public courses all the time so I'm not expecting country club type conditions but the conditions of this place are an absolute joke. I've played par 3 courses that charge $5 green fees and doubles as a gay bar on the weekends and Highland Park makes that place look like Augusta during the Masters. Sad!
