I had a horrible experience at Paradise Lakes. First, I made the reservation for the tee time online and left a preference in the notes section. The bartender/golf scheduler\IDK who she was rude, and condescending. I made reservation for 2. She never looked at the online reservation, nor my request to play the back nine. When my husband and I went in, she charged my credit card for one golfer. I said, "Shouldn't this be for two?" She said she didn't know we were a twosome." Really??? I made the reservation on YOUR website!!! So now she asks for my card again to charge my husband for his round. I showed her my phone where the conformation was sent and she said she didn't know anything about it. Next, I go to the restroom before my husband go out to play, and she calls me out!!! She says I need to call golf pro (or whoever does their online tee scheduling ) because they make the reservations and tell them that Paradise can't see the notes. I said," It's your job to call them, not mine. If you are not seeing the notes that paying customers are leaving for you to see, that's your problem." She again said it was my job to call them. It was the first time I had been there and it was extremely unwelcoming and unpleasant. The woman with whom I interacted with was rude, disrespectful, and very unhelpful.

The owners and staff always go above and beyond to make your outing a success. They have done so many great things to the course it's no wonder they are so highly rated around the Akron area.
