Lived here for almost 5 years. They are older apartments but have some good perks. Up to 2 bed, 2 baths with W/D in unit. Golf course, tennis court, basketball court, and a decent pool among other amenities. Hardly ever seen the cops here and it stays mostly quite. Apartments are nothing too exciting and our 2 bed 1 bath lacks a true dining space. Again, they have washer and dryer in unit and that is fantastic. Our apartment has had lots of repairs and flooded 5 times from burst outside pipes. However, maintenance has always been speedy and fixed it quick. Main real complaint is the cost keeps going up every year and is approaching being too much. Next year might be the one we move but for now, this is still one of the better deals out there.

My wife and I lived at the Links for almost two years which started out rough but ended up fairly pleased with our experience. When we first were called to move in, the fire sprinklers were leaking a strong-smelling, yellow, foaming liquid. We were unable to be in the apartment for more than a half hour at a time at the most because of the fumes. We told the managers that the apartment was not move-in ready and they basically ended up calling me a liar and would not fix the problem right away. After persisting and pushing them they got someone in and fixed the problem. This leaking happened on a smaller scale one other time while we were there. One of the main things the office will throw at you is, "based on the way your contract is written..." and then claim they don't have to do anything. When you move in, get a copy of your lease and have it ready if they ever try and throw that at you because it usually is just a way for them to get you off their back rather than actually any knowledge of obligations they don't have in the lease. The grounds are kept fairly nice and we never had any complaints with this. The pool always seemed very clean and not crowded. The basketball court had the hoops broken a couple times but they were always quick to fix those rather than leaving them broken like a lot of complexes do. Don't expect a lot from the maintenance team for your own apartment. They do come out very quickly after a request is put in, but for the most part it is young guys who don't know exactly how to fix things so they just do quick fixes and hope for the best. We once had to have them come spray for mold in the air vents and the maintenance guy asked me who put the order in and I told him my wife. He sprayed randomly in one vent and then said, "eh, we'll just tell your wife its taken care of." Most of the time they fixed things fine, but there were some fixes that we just ended up doing ourselves. The apartment we were in was very quiet. The tenants beneath us had a baby while we were there and we could sometimes hear very muffled crying, but that was only when we were silent. Otherwise, the apartments themselves seemed very noise proof and we did not have to worry about disturbing our neighbors or vice versa. There were quite a few car "break-ins" but those were all due to tenants who left their cars unlocked and some kids were just walking around to see which ones were unlocked. Otherwise, the complex always felt very safe. If you are looking for a very inexpensive place with quick access to anywhere in the city or Edmond, this may be a good place. Just do your due diligence like collecting a lease upon moving in, and you should be fine.

Nice course and friendly atmosphere. Bring your own food or eat before you get here though

Decent. Upstairs neighbors are horribly loud. A lot of spiders and ants. Overall okay. They don't hold packages in the office like most complexes. Could be worse. Good parking.

If I could give this company one star i would. WARNING: Do NOT lease here! They have a no care for Oklahoma State law, and they will force you to get a lawyer and subpoena a copy of your OWN lease! How ridiculous is that? I called and asked for a copy of my lease, and not only was i LIED to multiple times- the office and corporate staff was UNBELIEVABLY rude me. The first time i called, the office staff was mumbling and repeated themselves in circles, so i was transferred to the corporate office. The woman i spoke to was RUDE and told me that he WOULD NOT help me! And then she HUNG UP on me. So, i called back to the property office, and one girl told me there was no manager in the office- and then HUNG UP on me AGAIN! When i called back, a manager answered! So that was lie #1. I asked the manager why she lied to me and she said he wasn't in the office- he just had access to the phones, which sounded odd to me. As the call went on, i heard multiple phones ringing, and people asking questions- he was obviously in the office. Lie #2. Seeing this was the THIRD time i called- i asked to be transferred to the corporate office again, since they did it for me the first time.At this point i was told they couldn't do that. Lie #3 They won't send me a copy of my account statement, or why they charged me. I moved out, and they still charged me rent for my room, even AFTER they moved someone else into it. That is 100% illegal according to Oklahoma state law. Again, DO NOT LEASE HERE. They will lie to you, and the only way to resolve it will to file a lawsuit.
