I just stopped by the office and once again had a very pleasant conversation with the staff. They are very customer friendly, seem to work well together, and always make me feel like they care that I am a happy resident! We have lived here about 15 months and are very pleased with our home.

The environment is quiet and very nice. The apartments are clean and very comfortable. The management is good about helping you when you need it. And having a gym Included in rent costs is nice too. The gym is very clean and has good machines!

I've been living here for 10 months & in this time I've gotten a mixed vibe from this place. The neighbors for the most part are chill, the place is well kept but SOME of the people who work in the offices are completely rude, snobby & all around have a crappy attitude. The guy who apparently owns the place Dusty, (his name alone should give you an idea of how dull his character is) was so unbelievably hateful to my boyfriend & I for being on the golf course, I'm assuming b/c we don't play & we were literally just driving the gold cart around. THAT WE PAID FOR! First we paid to be on that course & second rent is extremely high for these BASIC apartments. This one time I was late by 3 days paying my rent & before that I've paid rent for 8 months on time & sometimes even early, they threatened to evict me.... gave me 5 days to come up with it or be put in 7 days. Plus 40$ in fees. They do NOT care about their tenants obviously willing to throw us out over being a couple days late. This place is perfect for those who don't mind paying extreme prices for basic living quarters, basically you're paying so much help to maintance the golf course, which you can't even mess with unless you're a serious golfer! This place is a joke. Oh & watch out at the pool, NO alcoholic beverages whatsoever & NO beautiful women allowed to wear sexy swimsuits. Unless your overweight & nobody wants to look at you the ladies at the front will come tell you to go home & change. And they'll be rude ab it. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy

Have been living here for half a year now and would not chose this complex again, but it's not bad enough to move out either. Rated two stars because it has a few things going for it: - Very close to a big Walmart - Pretty complex w/nice apartments. - Free gym - Fast maintainance - Washer & dryer included in units But, that's about it for the pros. Here's what my experience was so far: Despite the somewhat pricy rent, my husband and I decided to go with this complex because it looks better than all others we had previously looked at. We needed a furnished uint and had been assured that there would be plenty freeing up that time of the year because of people moving out. However, when we hadn't heard back form them in a while, we called to see when we could move in. That's when we were told that no furnished units freed up this month but there might be one next month. They hand't even contacted us to let us know that we can't move in the month we agreed on!! Since we couldn't wait another month, and it was too late to look for alternatives, we had to settle for an unfurnished unit. (maybe that was their strategy?). When we picked up our keys, I asked the woman at the reception if I was allowed to go running on the golf course and she told me it would be no problem, as long as I didn't disturb the golfers. Apparently, it was a problem, since I was followed by a guy in a golf cart (which was beyond creepy!!) when I was out for a run one time. The weather was pretty bad: it was rainy, kind of stormy and just nasty so there were only 2 golfers on the entire property! There's NO WAY I was disturbing anyone! So this guy stoped me and said that I am not allowed to be on the golf course because I am "technically trespassing". When I told him that I lived here and I thought residents golfed for free, he just told me that it does not matter. Apparently, as long as my behind is not parked in a golf cart, or I am not swinging a golf club, I am not allowed to step a foot on that golf course! Speaking of golfing. The apartment complex is "not responsible" for damages to your car if it gets hit by a golf ball (there are a bunch of parking spots that are directly besides the golf curse!). One of my co-workers told me he used to live here, until the windshield of his car got hit by a golf ball and nobody would reimburse him for the damage, so he moved out. It seems like they are definitely golf course first, and apartment complex second... Another fun thing we encounter on a daily basis is our toilet which keeps clogging up. ALL THE TIME. We called maintenance about it twice already. In their defense, they arrived really fast (within about 20 min), and did their best to fix it, but it just keeps happening. There's definitely something wrong with the internal plumping of this place. So, plungers are gonna be your best friend if you live here, folks. Also, when a friend of mine was in the hospital, I asked the office if I could take in his dog for a couple of days but they told me that I'm not allowed to because our unit is "not in a dog friendly building". This would have been an okay response, if the people who lived next to us (in the same building) when we first moved in hadn't had a dog. It seems like the staff here frequently makes statements that contradict each other or just don't add up. Oh, and of course there's dog poop everywhere, but it does get picked up by a cleaning crew every now and then. Another thing to be aware of is that the complex is badly lit at night. I'm always a bit scared walking to or from my car or the gym when it's dark out. Sorry for the long review! I hope this helped!

This place is an absolute disaster. The property manager pretends to be your friend and gives you false information and after you move in she’s very rude and treats you like you are beneath her. I think it’s very unprofessional to display a Cadillac Escalade and corvette out front of the clubhouse that the renters have to pay for (due to unethical added community fees). This apartment complex is very unsafe. My car was broken into and so was my apartment (by the STAFF) . Living at the links and greens has by far been my worst mistake. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Good luck!
