What an embarrassment for Nike. I have yet to have a pleasant shopping experience here. I’m an ultramarathon runner and wanted to splurge on a new outfit and shoes for my birthday. Unfortunately, I left empty handed. Staff is just a bunch of rude kids. It took almost 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. The kid who attempted to help me knew nothing about the fabrics in the apparel, but even worse, he knew NOTHING about the shoes(drop, weight, fabrics, cushioning, etc). No one on this staff is engaging. They don’t ask how you are. They don’t ask about you’re running schedule, races, training, etc. They are worthless. Plus, a young lady(late teens/early 20’s) came in while I was shopping and all the male employees went right to her and started discussing music, concerts and new shoes coming out that she should buy this summer. And there I was, sitting by the shoe wall with shoes in hand and no one to help me. If “Uncle Phil” were to walk into the store, I’m sure he’s have no time firing them all and start fresh with employees who actually care about their consumers and helping runners. Save your money and walk across the parking lot to Eugene Running Company.

My husabad and I are our in mid fifties, in the middle of our weekend, we took a break from yard work and ran some errands, we did not get dressed up to go get a pair of shoes. We were greeted by a friendly young man and headed to the back of the store to look at shoes, three female employees stood like they would ask us if we needed help, they never even acknowledged us. While we looked and waited for help, we did notice that the three females were talking with a couple of young nice looking guys. Another female employee comes from the back and I attempt to get her attention she blows on by, we were invisible as she headed to group in the middle of the store. The same male that greeted us finally came along and was helpful and polite. I felt like the females thought they might be at a club and we're trying to get lucky.

This Nike retail door is equipped with the most up to date product that satisfies a great spectrum of athletic demands. The customer service is unmatched. The staff not only provides great recommendations, but also provide useful innovation to athletes of all capacities.

Well staffed and super clean store. However there is a better selection of Nike gear at most sporting goods stores. Not much to pick from for a Nike brand store.
