The people in the office were pleasant. However, the salesman had told us that they would wash the people mover after it was repaired but they didn't.

Short with me, not the most knowledgeable, shared information about parts only to be dismissed. Parts person looked up verified that I was correct. Then I was treated like I was doing something wrong because I had more knowledge about their product than they did. Kind of disheartening but also very satisfying at the same time to be able to educate someone in their own field after they have treated you that way. It was not by just one person it was by 2 and the same treatment over the phone. When I drove down there is actually when I got a response and acknowledgment that I was correct. Would have been a lot easier to listen to a customer over the phone and look rather than making them drive all the way down to show them.

Foursom Golf Cars have been placing fictitious Craigslist job postings for Entry Level Technicians. I contacted the BBB about this and I was told that Foursom Golf has been phishing peoples information to sell to marketers. Complaint with the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission have been filed!
