Great little Disc Golf Course located in the very cool historic town of Oakland, Oregon. It is only 2 miles off of Hwy 5 at exit 140 heading south or exit 138 heading north~ You will love this little town with all it's history and the beauty that surrounds this place. Antiques & other fun shops in town to explore, plus a great little museum. Great sandwiches at the Oakland Tavern & CoCo's Cafe, which was the old Turkey Hall~

Well kept open space. Plenty of room.to let my.dog run around. Needs maybe a little more parking.

The course was great, except for the bees. 2 people in our group accidentally walked through a bees nest. Not fun.

The Oakland Parks Commission sure packed a lot of course into this five acre piece of land. It's just the perfect setting and a very well designed nine hole Disc Golf Course. I would consider this a challenging course that the pro's will love, but the beginners will not get discouraged either. It's a hilly course with enough trees to challenge your skills. There is one tee per basket. They managed to get two holes that are 387 feet or over. The average distance overall is 292 feet with a course length of 2627ft. This is one of those courses you have to put on your "to do" list. It's nice to have a good Disc Golf Course in N. Douglas County. It's located in the quiet little town of Oakland, Oregon, just a couple miles off Interstate 5.
