This is the United States' oldest continuously used golf course. It really feels nostalgic to play here. If playing with modern clubs isn't a challenge for you, get a set of hickory shafts and play again. This course is very fun to play! It shows its age, which is the fun in playing here. Will play again!

Terrific golf course to visit and play. Bring your hickories, and if your are really adventuresome try using sand tees. The original stone cut tee boxes are very unique, you do not see them anymore, even on the early courses. What really makes the course are the immaculate greens, quick with a lot of slope. I personally know at least 50 people that have a played and love this course, home of the Foxburg Hickory Championship.
