This is our place to stay in state college. Nice rooms, staff friendly, convenient to everything. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. We have never ate at restaurant.. too many other places to eat...

Pretty good hotel overall. It is definitely getting old but is better than a lot of other options in State College. It is basically perfect for families visiting their college kids. The pool is really cool! If you like pools in your hotel, this is the place to stay.

The best place I've ever been. The bartender with the long hair is so amazing. Made me feel super at home. Great service. Incredible food.

Clean but dated room. Had to enter the room from the outdoors. Cold night, wind was blowing through the front door. This was definitely more a motel than a hotel. Update: I stayed here again about a month ago. The owner must be putting money into this place because the room was much more up to date. This is a smaller motel than HIE and Marriotts hotels in the area. I believe it is the owner or manager at the front desk, he is the only one I have ever seen there. He is a very nice person and seems truly concerned about your comfort:) Changing from 2 star to 4 star.

We are currently staying here for a hockey tournament. We have booked over 30 rooms for a 4 night stay. Hotel staff was not hospitable at all. They have a large common area beside pool that apparently they rent out for upcoming events, so you can't be in that area at all. Pool hours close at 10pm but the whole common area was closed off at 6pm. So all parents had to stand on their balconies while children swam. There was a group of adults sitting in this area the previous night just talking( not being loud or disruptive) and were rudely asked to leave. I could understand if we were being loud but we weren't. I know this facility has had problems in the past but that's not my fault or any of the other family's with us. Accommodate your guest if you don't, you no longer have a job. Won't be staying here again. Go somewhere else. I'd pay extra money per night for a better hotel. Don't waste your time here.
