This company and staff ROCK!! I have used every golf cart service provider in Charleston for my business over the last ten years and I am grateful I finally found Palmetto Custom Carts. They have worked on several carts for me, doing repairs, adding modifications, juicing them up or just making them look better. I have brought every challenging repair to them and always...always gotten fast service and clear estimates. I NEED to point out Tim, Margie, Jerry and Yvonne...even Tim's brother have always given the best customer service. I know more people work hard in that garage I have not met yet and I salute them as well. I live and work on Folly Beach, I have several golf cart shops closer to me...but I will never go anywhere else.

After being initially unsatisfied with the suggested resolution to some noisy brakes and the service I received, owner Jerry DeWitt went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied. I genuinely appreciate when a business owner appreciates my time and money and clearly Mr. DeWitt cared about our happiness and his own brand. We will certainly continue to be customers of Palmetto Custom Carts.

I have used Palmetto Custom Carts to have my 2007 EZ-Go serviced several times over the years. I brought my golf cart in to have a lift kit installed. Tim and his team did an excellent installation and we love our new ride. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get work done on my vehicle.... Thanks guys!

Nice folks. Diagnosed my issue and replaced eight bushings. Did it quickly and for a fair price.
