Used to live in the neighborhood for 15 years. Happy I left. The Club Equity group (a group of residents) ruined the affordability of living here. They mandated that ALL new property owners HAVE to join and pay for the golf involuntarily including the nonrefundable initiation fee and all of the annual fees. So, golfers get to play on a subsidized golf course. The property values of the neighborhood are stagnant and have been for years. And then there is the encroachment by all of the new developments in Coosaw residents' back yards. The inadequate and severely overcrowded roads of Ashley Phosphate and Dorchester Road are just the beginning of the woes of North Charleston and Summerville. Expect SEVERE traffic jams during mornings and evenings in all directions.

Coosaw Creek commands a solid reputation with both local and visiting golfers alike. The Club's own literature says : Coosaw Creek is set among the rolling hills, delicate wetlands and lush forests of the Lowcountry. Arthur Hills has designed a classic course complementing the terrain and natural landscaping of the area.

50 minute wait. Server was forgetful. Bar item delicious. Food slow arrival and warm. Not hot. Not complimentary to beef. I would try them again with hope for a better experience

Beautiful course, well taken care of greens. The greens run fast. Can be crowded but most of the time not so much. Brand new 2017 carts with 2 usb charger plugs and they ride like a dream. Have GPS screens with yardage and digital scorecards.

Good and well maintained but difficult golf course. Prices are a bit steep, but come with good quality and good location. Always enjoy spending a round on this course.
