I am a Arcis Prime Member and over the last 45 days have called the corporate office numerous time to get a replacement card as my initial card is lost. Never a call back...but after reading some of the reviews, not surprised. Today, I left a message on an voicemail with someone in their legal department. Looking forward to learn how long it will take for a someone who might care to call back and fix my issue. GzzzzzzLouise! Update: Calling the Legal Department does work! I received a prompt call back, and in turn he contacted the regional manager of the club I support, and a card was mailed to me inside a week. Now, Arcis is back in my good graces.

Read Entire Post there is an update!!! I have never been treated so poorly as the marshal at Bear Creek treated me today. I paid for a round on the west course today. I knew it would be a little slow because it was Saturday but to wait 5-15 minutes on every Tee was outrageous. The first mistake was when the starter allowed a group of 5 below average players go out on a weekend. I stayed behind them on several holes but got fed up when the group in front of them was a full hole ahead. I called the pro shop from the 6th tee and asked them to send the marshal. When he arrived he didn't even stop to say anything to them instead he came straight to me. He proceeds to tell me that it's because of a tournament and if I didn't like it go to the pro shop and talk to them. When I asked why they let a group of five go off on a weekend he said that is the course policy. If this is true it should be changed and someone with some clue should be given the job of running the place. I finished the 9 holes and saw the marshal on number 10 tee I pointed out that the group of 5 was now at least another hole behind. He refused to do anything about it and blew me off. The overall attitude I got was not one of someone that cared for the customer but instead he seemed annoyed that I was asking him to do his job. After this I had enough. I went in and got a refund for the 9 holes I didn't play. The course is in great shape and your grounds crew should be commended. It has come a long way in the two years I have played there but unfortunately I won't be back. The pro shop staff has always been great I have nothing to say against them. This comes down to one person that refused to do his job and treated a customer like dirt. DFW had many fine golf courses and I will be taking my money elsewhere. UPDATE... After I had this experience at Bear Creek I was contacted by someone at Arcis. They went way out of there way to resolve the issue. They welcomed me as a guest at one of their best courses to make up for what happened at Bear Creek. I had a great time and was treated great.

Absolutely the worst business I have ever had to deal with. I booked a wedding at a venue they manage. I have made several calls and emails to multiple people and no response. They basically told me my venue will not be around for my wedding and have heard nothing on my refund or anything for that matter. Everyone stay away from them. DO NOT BOOK AN EVENT WITH THEM ! & If you are a member at their clubs good luck I would not give a dime to them.

I used to work for this company in the accounting department. Huge lack of proper management and effective training.
