I sent my wife by on 2/28/18 to have my driver shaft shortened. Kyle got on the phone and said that there was no such thing as a 43" driver shaft. I tried to explain to him that when shortening a driver, weight would need to be checked and added if need be. He said ok "whatever you want". Shortly after my wife called me and said that he was telling one of his employees how stupid I was. I then called and asked to speak to the manager. Apparently, Kyle is the manager... I told him that I have spent a lot of money there over the years but this would be the last time. I guess I will take my driver to a different golf shop to have my driver shortened correctly. Kyle probably shouldn't be running a retail store with such a loose jaw and no regard to anyone listening.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've bought a few clubs from them in the past year and I'm always pleased. Kathy was recently very helpful while fitting me for some irons. She even went above and beyond in trying to get the clubs to me in time for a golf trip. I'll definitely return here for all my equipment needs.

Friendly Customer Service The staff at Edwin Watts are always ready to help. The main reason for my visit was the Pro V1X golf balls and the other sale items in the Holiday Gift Guide. If you have any questions, the staff is there to answer them, so go by and pay them a visit. I plan to return.
