Very sad! After reading mixed reviews about the service here, I still decided to give them an opportunity. I just called in and asked to speak with a club fitter for the purchase of new Titleist irons. Talked to Steve. I have never met someone so NOT eager to help. It’s apparent this company could care less about their reputation and brand. Looks like I will take my $1300 purchase to a business that cares about helping customers! Typical North Texas service!

This place has everything for golf and tennis. Literally everything. They do repairs and take trades I believe as well. The 4 stars is because the staff merely accommodates the purchase. Prices are better than the pro shops but this is not a discounter. I think the place is big and nobody really acknowledges that you’re there so I feel like it should be a discount place. There is not any focus on customer service and many of the folks at the cashier seem distracted.

I use this store to get strings and stringing. Joe from tennis department is phenomenal. If you need consultation about racquets or strings, he is the best. He is so passionate and knowledgeable about everything tennis.

This store has just about everything you can think of for golf. My experience has always been good but was irritated after a visit today. I was testing out some lob wedges, and an older gentleman comes up to me and says “you’re not playing with the new wedges are you?”. Instead of asking me is there anything I can help you with or answer any questions about the three different lob wedges you’re testing out, I have to be treated like a nuisance. This is one of the reasons why some people would rather shop online, because of that one person out of the many employees in these types of stores that just ruins the experience somehow. In case you were wondering I was hitting demo Cleveland wedges and I did end up buying a couple hats that were set at a good price. Not everything was terrible in fact I got my sand wedge regripped within 10 minutes for a great price as well. Just thought others should be aware of this, and the management team of PGA should train better in regards to meet and greet situations. Thank you for everything else though!

The fact that if you buy any new club there and they give you a 90 day play, keep or trade policy is enough for me to not even bother going anywhere else. I have used this service and they are great about it, no hassle, no problems! I will be a long time customer!
