Purchased a set of irons and a hybrid a week ago. Took a very long time to get anyone to help me and even then it didn't seem like it was anything they were interested in. They asked me to then go and think about it to let someone else in the bay before I was done hitting the various clubs when there were two open bays next to me. When I was trying hybrids same story, different person. This person even mentioned they weren't a sales person. When I was ready to purchase again had to hunt someone down - they were the last on the shelf no information about the set just took them off and told me to get them up front. Would have been a worthwhile discussion to know the set was 6-PW. They gave me the wrong hybrid cover and only after asking for a third time did I get the matching cover. They said they would clean the clubs up and they didn't, I had to ask which led to a not customer friendly conversation between two employees, even then the job was half done at best. Beyond a disappointing experience for the money spent and something I was looking forward to ended up being very frustrating.

Accused me of stealing multiple times. DO NOT do business here, and avoid their golf coach CJ. Takes some serious stones to question my integrity. I will not be back, my girlfriend will not be back, and I will be sure to tell everyone I can to stay away from this business.

Grat golf supplies and good indoor driving range. For a yearly $99 fee, you can use the indoor driving range unlimited. There is also software that tracks shot information. The store has a large variety of golf equipment, clubs and accessories.

I shopped at the PGA Tour Superstore yesterday looking for some tennis shoes. I am taking tennis lessons for the first time in my life so I really didn't know what I needed. Sheila asked me if I needed help as soon as I entered the shoe dept. She was very friendly, answered all of my questions, offered suggestions and checked on me several times as I tried on different shoes. This is a large store with a great selection of merchandise and I will shop here again.

The staff at this store is mostly depressed, lazy, and uninterested in helping. Overall competency regarding what they’re selling is also questionable. Ron Meyer is a friendly exception. CJ disappointed me as golf instructor; he told me I should be grooving a regular draw, but no real remedy or help beyond that. He even walked away in the middle of my last golf lesson (number 6, having purchased a 6 pack) for a number of minutes with no explanation. He wasted my time teaching incorrect chipping technique as well as a full session on short pitch shots that I nailed down in the first few swings. All said and done, the lessons were worthless. Go elsewhere. Also, one of the kids who replaced a golf shaft put in the wrong size shaft and the clubhead flew off the first day (they fixed it again for free no questions asked). That same kid was also very rude acting like it was a huge burden to fix my club and regrip two other clubs. Oh yea, good luck finding a hitting bay that has functioning ball sensing equipment. My second star rating has to do with good luck I’ve had with a few returns as well as satisfaction with tennis racquet demos. The other star has to do with the look of the store and available selection of items.
