They did a great job fixing my golf cart. Had multiple issues, they were very thorough. Hank was very nice and I will definitely use them again.

Day after I called asking for repairs Hank called and set up appointment for next day. He called about 15 minutes before arriving to confirm time, was here as promised. Repaired and returned the same day. Gave explanation of problem resolved, provided description of batteries condition. I felt he had not charged enough for the services he provided and would not accept check when I made it out for more. Very friendly, extremely satisfied. Highly recommend.

Took my cart to this person (Hank) was who I quickly learned has no people skills. If you ask him about the repairs needed he will flat out yell at you and talk down to you. I must say I was warned about him acting that way prior to me going there but I was also advised that he did good work. He later contacted me and advised I needed a whole new set of batteries which would run $750 before taxes. He told me at that moment I owed him $125 for cleaning the batteries and replacing the cables. He also advised I had 3 bad batteries. I did not have the $ to purchase new batteries at the time so I decided to go and pick up the cart. When I went to pick up the cart Hank was not there but his mechanic was. The mechanic tested all the batteries in front of me and all the batteries were good except for one. I must mention the cables had been replaced but the batteries were still very dirty. I paid them and decided to take the car to caprock golf car in Wolfforth Texas. I immediately realized I had been dealing with the wrong person from the start. Joe who is a wonderful person looked over the cart and immediately observed that one of the batteries had been hooked up backwards. The repair was super affordable and I left the place feeling satisfied. Take this as a warning and stay away from panhandle golf carts
