Wanted to get fitted for a driver today. Went in and at the simulators I asked to get in the queue to get fitted. Got one of the little alarms they give you to notify you when it’s time. I walked around a bit then went back near the bays and proceeded to wait over 30 minutes as two employees hit different irons in the bay and hung out. Barely anyone else in the store. Dropped off the alarm and left. Gotta find somewhere else to get fitted if you want to be cared about.

At this nationwide chain, don't expect super special treatment. Even in Utah employees of golf stores are grumpy Gil's. But this store is just fine for what it is. I really like the large putting area and multiple hitting bays.

This place sucks. Came in to buy three specific clubs, no one helped me and had to ask for help, and the help I got was quite rude. I also bought shoes online for “pickup in store today.” Arrived 6 hours after making the online purchase and guy just says “it’s not in my system” over and over so he couldn’t give me the shoes even though they’re literally in a box in the store. Baffling customer experience.

Went in to change grips on some clubs I was in and out in 15 minutes. They are knowledgeable and have an alright clearance section here. Don’t expect any amazing deals but the quality is high here

I got there 45 mins before closing but the guy didn't seem to want to help me hit any of the drivers he was showing me. Just said, "if you don't like it you can exchange within 90 days." I was disappointed but maybe had too high of hopes/expectations. I just wanted to hit a couple drivers on their simulators to see which one I liked best and then buy one. I feel like that's normal expectations 🤔 They have a lot of options and a great setup, I just wish I could have benefited from it and bought some clubs.
