The Vista at Cedar Hills Golf Club

Brooke was in charge and was very unprofessional. We booked this venue for a wedding reception and are utterly dissatisfied with the service. The staff broke our contractual agreement by not providing the exact number of tables signed for in our agreement. Not only did we have to pull out and set the tables ourselves but 20 minutes before the end of the event, she argued that her staff didn't agree to cleaning up after our event. When we asked to review the contract she became upset because, "why would you threaten us with your attorney?" I had to inform her contracts protect both parties by holding them to an agreed-upon request. She attempted to force our party out of the building before the end of the event, even going so far as to antagonize the groom by telling him to hit her if he was angry. I provided my argument that she broke our agreement first and she agreed that her team was in the wrong. However, shortly after our compromise she came back into the event to instigate an altercation with the event organizer. I have never seen a person of that age resort to behaving as a teenager in situation like this. In all honesty, someone who is provided the responsibility of managing a beautiful location should be able to handle difficult situations. If a person who is a guest of the event has to diffuse the situation, then the person in charge should find a more suitable profession. This location is beautiful and is definitely worth the view. However, if they continue to hire classless and unprofessional staff members I would not recommend hosting an event here! The manager clearly is unable to handle even a review of contractual obligations without folding under stress.

Loved working with The Vista Room and we loved our experience with their staff and the location was beyond beautiful! highly recommend and would have another event here again!

I've used the Vista several times for my business and the staff is always very helpful and you can't beat the location and the views!
