DICK'S Sporting Goods

A good place to go. People are friendly and nice. I just don't like it when stores Bend to a couple of phone calls from Mad people that say they shouldn't be selling guns. Not a problem I'll take my money and my business elsewhere. And I did.

Sadly Dick's Sporting goods is supporting anti gun politics and is closing out their firearms section per an employee there. Less and less guns and accessories. More focus on sports equipment.

I was looking for a kayak and paddle boards and by the way I’m a veteran so I asked if they ad a discount because I didn’t know and then found out my answer didn’t bother me at all but continued to shop, I came across 2 identical kayak and by identical they were the exact same kayak the 12” Eagle angler one had a sale tag that said $449 the other said the regular price and this is during a sale for kayaks and paddle boards that’s why I was in there. Well I seen a couple deep groves on the one with tha sale tag to I picked the other in one that wasn’t so scuffed up took it to the front and proceeding with my check out when I got told the price I replied it should be 449 instead of 549 the other one right next to it that’s the exact same is 449 and so the cashier did a price check and came back as 549 I replied no it’s 449 and so she said I could go and look for my self and I did by the time I showed up Michel a tall blond employee said it wasn’t the price I thought and that it’s 549 I said no there was a tag and he kept obnoxiously scanning the kayak and showin me the price I said no there was a tag right here you must have removed it just now which no reply he scanned it again to show me the price I was not the only one to see this I had my nephew with me As well my nephew asked him if he removed it and he ignored my nephew. I’m sorry dicks sporting good company your employees do not represent you very well we walked all over that store to find someone to help us for questions the St. George dicks store has poor customer service and they are not honest with employees so I can only imagine what they do for the people that employee them when they even lie to someone off the street let alone veterans who a w out doorsy people I probably will never shop at dicks sporting sporting again and I’m no just one of those people who right reviews this is my first review because off the piss poor services I was given.

Very well stocked store with golf, mtn bike, base/basket/soccer-ball, airsoft supplies and equipment. I was hoping to buy a foosball table but they don't supply them. Still should be considered 4.5/5 store!

Bought the Bowflex weights. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Paul. Clean store. Will be coming back.
