The gentlemen stocking helped me out a ton when picking out softball gear. I wish I could remember his name. Checking out was way too long. The checker took his sweet time and there was a few people behind me.

Really bugged with the customer service help I revived today. Came into this location to exchange a size for a gift, unfortunately, the size and color I wanted was sold out, however, they did have the size in another color. Before I purchased the second option I asked the cashier if she could call another store to see if we could find my first choice. Unfortunately, the other store did not have it either. I then asked if we could order it online for the same price and if it would get to me by Christmas, I was assured yes, to both questions, no problem. I checked the order today and the delivery date said 12/27/17. In a panic I called the store to ask for help, the person who answered the phone basically said sorry, we can't help you because you didn't pay for two-day shipping. Not one time was I told that I needed to in order to get my order here, had I known I needed to do that I would have, he also said that the last day to guarantee a Christmas delivery was Saturday, again not once was I told that either. When I asked him don't you think that the person who helped me should have known that? His response, oh she's probably a cashier and doesn't do online ordering so she doesn't know that (hmmm extremely helpful). My response to him, well we have a problem then, who can help me? He transferred me to the store manager Tyler; who basically told me the same thing, or he said I could cancel the online order and come back into the store and buy another one, (Wow, that's brilliant now why didn't I think of that!). Not really helpful either, I asked if he could contact customer support on my behalf to see if they could still do the two-day shipping and he said... well, I could, but it's easier if you call so that you can give them all of your information. Is there really that big of a disconnect between the store level and online that they can't help me, or was he just busy and didn't want to deal with it? Overall not the best customer experience I ever had.

I really like this store. Up until a few years ago I had never heard of them. I have recently purchased a bike and a ping pong table here. They both were extremely great deals and the employees were very helpful. ***Update*** I hate when businesses go political. They just went from 5 stars to 2 stars for the CEO's political grandstanding. I'm done with Dick's Sporting Goods.

Wow, I dont know if I interupted a scrabble game or facebook or what but it was obvious that the lady that just “helped” me was pretty upset that she had to. I was scrambling to find an orem youth baseball coupon to save 20% and she just glared at me... I ended up callIng my wife and she couldnt find it either. So then I asked the employee if she knew what I was talking about, she glared sighed and said, “I’m not aware of anything like that.” Grumpy lumpy is all I got from her. I said ok and just paid. 20% is quite a coupon when youre paying $130 to get your 7 year old on a baseball team. Sorry I made you get up from your phone Julie. Terrible service, terrible prices. I’ll definitely not come here again.

Un-American cowards. DICK'S is giving in to the demands of terrorists (democrats). They have forever lost the business of hundreds of thousands of Americans today, myself included. It's a crime that an outdoor/sporting goods store would make a move like this. "Assault weapons" are already illegal and refusing to continue selling them and their accessories as well as not selling to customers under 21 is not only cowardly and grossly misinformed, it is unconstitutional and will do absolutely nothing to curb gun violence. Again, I and hundreds of thousands of other Americans will no longer patron any Dick's Sporting Goods store again. What a shame.
