Perfect place to go throw a quick round of 9 holes of disc golf. Becaful what time you go it's get very crowded with families on the weekends! I prefer only playing there on the weekdays. Also a great park for picnics with multiple covered tables.

Great park for kids. Now I give 3 stars because of lazy dog owners and those who don't pick up their trash. Please watch your dogs And pick up their 💩. The grass is covered in these piles and just this weekend I saw it all over the children's playgrounds. I have no problem disciplining someone's pet if the owner won't or throwing their pet waste at them. Think of kids that play there and please be responsible for what you bring in.

I grew up just a few blocks from this park. It's a great place to bring kids! We had our family reunion here last summer and loved it! Pavilions were clean! Bathrooms were clean! The park is very large. You can access it from all directions and it's easy to find. You can swim, see a live outdoor play in the evening and even go to a movie at the theatre!

First time playing the course at this park! Lots of playgrounds and eating areas. For how many people were there the day we went, it's big enough to still have your own space.

This park has swimming, nice shaded picnic areas, and the grounds are well maintained. I don't know if there are lifeguards but I assume there are. The park is conveniently located next to the scera theatre for the arts, which regularly features quality community programs. For example, they featured a veterans tribute program which was tastefully presented. The park is home to the freedom festival, a quiet celebration of everything that makes our great country great.
