We walked around for about 30 minutes and didn’t find any costumer service. There are only four fitting rooms for a huge store. We went in to look for simple women’s sports gear and their selection was completely inadequate. I was not able to find women’s spandex that goes to my mid thigh. All of the spandex I found there was so short I would not be able to play Rugby in them.

Wanted to speak with WILLISTON, VT management before posting this negative review, but was unable to find an email contact listed. Visited this store today looking for athletic shoes for two 9 yo boys. While I realize that they are both still in sizes that are hard to find (6.5 - 7.0), one with a wide foot, somewhere in between youth and men’s, the teenager attending to us seemed to have absolutely knowledge of the products, nor a clue about how to assist us apart from scanning the numerous number of shoes they liked and telling me that they didn’t come in their sizes. In addition, I needed to you use the women’s restroom while there. The state of which was worse than most gas station bathroom’s I’ve had to use. Fluids were on the floor. Toilets were unflushed and obviously had not been cleaned any time recently. I am a health care professional and as so it is an ingrained habit to wash my hands well after using the facilities. Was gagging so badly trying to get out of there that the best I could do was a quick rinse and get out before I vomited.

Spacious and clean sports store and the associates know about the products or will assist you by getting one that does.

i Like to go here if I’m looking for sporting goods. They have stuff I can’t find other places. Some of it is a little pricey.

Honestly If I could give zero stars I would. First I had to make two trips to this store because the first time I went with my son we waited 20 min and no one helped us. Then on the second trip we get some help but out of the 200 styles of cleats there was only one pair that had my sons size. How do you have racks and walls of shoes but no sizes, even the guy helping me was embarrassed. The worst part was checking out tho, the cashier Daniel was so busy talking and making jokes that he wasn't doing his job. He entered in the wrong amount I gave him and he also gave me the wrong change. He purposely entered in a different amount and shorted me $17 and tried only giving me 21 cents back. How do you give someone $60 and they enter $43. How does three twenty dollar bills equal two twenty dollar bills and three ones. When I went back in the store he didn't even have to look at the receipt because he knew exactly what he still owed me. I definitely Won't be spending my time or money going to this store or location again. Good luck to those that do, make sure you check your receipts.
