The course played quickly and was not crowded at all. However, that may be due to the poor conditions. The greens are among the worst I've seen with varaint grass strains and no ability to generate a true roll and line. There were also dead spots in the fairways and, in places, grass growing in bunkers. Sadly, this course appears to be on its' last legs.

Sweet course...played 36 holes and ate a few tastey turkey sandwiches with my bosses.

I've been a 'Practice Learn and Play' member here here for 5 months. It is such a good deal for unlimited range balls, multiple clinics a week, and unlimited greens fees an hour after twighlight (5pm right now). It's an awesome place to improve your game. Adam and Jimmie are great teachers. Don't expect great conditions. The fairways and greens are minefields. But the staff is so great I don't mind. Best deal in Richmond golf!

Great course, good people. Looking forward to coming back.

Definitely not worth $60. Almost every Green's grass was patchy. You can't follow a line on the green because I assure you it will bounce a different direction. Also, it hasn't rained in a week, and every bunker is filled with water. It's not worth it guys. If you paid $40 for 18 with a cart, then it might be worth it. Go somewhere else.
