A great club, F&B wise, lovely setting and a very quirky golf course which is basically unwalkable. Quirk can be charming or annoying, this has much of the latter. Thus, it misses the mark several times with blind runoffs over hills that one must learn to be able to play the course without losing a ton of balls. This is of course fine for a member's course, but if you're playing as a member's guest of in an outing, these sorts of features that blindly run off into 10 inch grass and brush are unnecessary ball-eaters. Many would call it unfair, but I just hate losing balls on a simple lay-up shot. So is this a deign issue? A maintenance issue, a misunderstanding of design intent? Having played well over 50 links courses, this is not a feature of links golf. I think this is a great little spot, but my personal taste in golf courses which is quite experienced, over 1000 total and broad in taste did not find this course as charming as the club - which is quite wonderful. Members love it that's what matters in the end. Just not my cup of tea.

Awesome golf course. Challenging, but fun!

Great course!!! If you want/need a challenge this is the place! Fairways are wide and the greens roll true but don't hit into the rough, you'll never find your ball. Not saying I did, maybe twice, just sayin.
