WE RENTED A PRIVATE CONDO AT THE RESORT FOR 3 FAMILIES. FULL KITCHEN, BATH, LIVING ROOM , FIREPLACE AND PATIO. VERY NICE, CLEAN AND REASONABLY PRICED. SKII RESORT FEES WERE RELATIVELY AFFORDABLE. THE RESORT LODGE/LOUNGE OFFER A VARIETY OF HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES FOR FAMILY AND CHILDREN. SHOPS AND MORE. THE DRIVE IN TOWN APPROXIMATELY 25 MINUTES HAD LIMITED OPTIONS AVAILABLE. ACCESSIBLE -5, FRIENDLY-5, EASE OF DOING BUSINESS-5, LODGE ACTIVITIES =5.

The hotel was beautiful and staff was very helpful. The rooms are individually owned, so each one is different. The beds and bathroom are up a flight of very narrow stairs in the room. Not ideal for older guests. Our room was very dated and the bed was very hard. Our son's room was updated and more comfortable.

Like the old saying goes if you can ski at wintergreen you can ski anywhere. All honestly wintergreen does a great job with what they have. I recommend going during the week and skip the lines that are on the weekend. Check the web site for deals on tickets.

I was surprised by how big it was. The mountain is very well laid out with the beginner, intermediate and advanced areas separated. It was fun to explore each part of the mountain throughout the day. There were also many food options to choose from, I ended up getting a BBQ sandwich from a small shed in the middle of the mountain with some meaty Mac and cheese on the side. The conditions were decent which was about as good as you could expect with all the recent warm weather and barely any snow so they were blowing artificial snow all day which isn't a problem as long as you cover up properly. Customer service was on point. The staff was run by an exchange program so it was all a bunch of young people from other countries. They were all friendly and good at their job. All in all 10 out of 10 would ski again.

We stayed at the lodge and had to carry all luggage up three sets of stairs to check in. After checking in we had more steps to a landing and then about 15 to 20 steps to our room. Our bedroom was in a loft which is find but that was the only bathroom so we had to go up and down those steps through out the day instead of once at night. The toilet was barely off the ground looked like it was made for a child. Several restaurants on site were closed. The price for food was a joke but the food was excellent just too pricey. Everything you wanted to do had a cost to it even a trail map. The rooms did come with items not shown on their web page. The mountains and views were amazing.
