If you are thinking about buying a driver on line (forget it) What if you do not like the shaft or the elevation or whatever. These guys worked with me for hours. Different drivers, different shafts, different elevations. They have a great simulator and you can see club head speed, distance ect. I purchased a driver, and took it to the driving range. I was not happy with the distance I was getting. I brought it back and they gave me 100% credit towards another one. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE! Justin, Nick, Tommy, you guys re-define customer service! You can bet all my future purchases will be at Addicted to Golf!

Called lookout big for a new Push Cart; had narrowed my choice down to two notable manufacturers . Tom was incredibly helpful over the phone, patiently answering my questions to assist in breaking the tie between products. Very detailed and informative! Price was better than big lot online store chain. Good to be able to support our local businesses!

I recently traded in an incomplete set of iron's for a new set. The sale was predicated on a credit bring given when the missing club from the set was brought into the store. When I attempted to turn the club in, the owner we refused to honor his handwritten sales receipt stating a $50 credit card credit for pitching wedge if returned. No statement on a timeframe or anything of the sort. I feel that he took advantage of me and that other consumers should watch out

I was looking for a new set of clubs and Ben did a great job working with me. He was knowledgeable and took the time needed to fit me, and it was a reasonable price too! A great experience which I was referred to by a friend.
