Always friendly staff, pretty good greens. Decent conditioning. Excellent value for the money. Nice mixture of holes. Not a lot of bend to them, but water, sand, and interesting green shapes make up for it. Usually about 20 bucks a round. Great choice as a regular, every day course for any skill level. Kind of a long course to walk due to elevation changes. Is built in and around a housing development.

Reasonably priced residential course. Not in particularly good shape. You get what you pay for.

Maybe not all of this is their fault. We spent 3 1/2 hours driving there from the Olympia area due to traffic in Seattle. Got to the course 10 minutes early. We had a Cascade Golfer card and then had to pay for a cart even though the price for other players is including a cart. The course was in great shape but you shouldn't keep sending twosomes, solos, threesomes and foursomes out one after the other. Almost every cart needs to have the seat repaired. Duct tape does not count. It took us 5 1/2 hours to play our round. Would have been happier playing Avalon.
