We recently stayed at the Icicle Village in for our SIXTH time as a family. We obviously really like the resort, but I wanted to write a review to highlight the desk/reservation staff members. Coming from the west side of the mountains the pass was treacherous in the morning so I called and cancelled our reservation. By noon the pass was clear & dry and totally passable. I called back and was able to secure our original reservation. Both times on the phone the front desk staff members were so helpful, friendly and professional. Truly accommodating and I truly appreciated their excellent customer service. We'll be back!

Really great stay. We stayed in the off season, so it was very affordable. It was a hotel that gave a lot of extra things with your stay, like a DVDs, pool, activity center, and great views of icicle ridge. It's the best stay I've had in Leavenworth, and definitely would visit again. Our room, also had a lot of space with a fireplace, and we had a basic room. Loved it.

The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast in the morning was good. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The pool was nice and clean and was even able to use the outdoor pool which they cover in the winter which was nice. The only unfortunate thing was that my husband and I could not get a massage as they were booked until the next day late afternoon. Would be great if they had more spa availability during the weekends when they are busier. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

My wife and I went to play mini golf at the Icicle Village Resort, and we had a blast. The snack bar/recreation area had awesome food and we enjoyed the chicken wraps they provided. Very keen to look into staying there our next visit.

Nice hotel with very comfy beds and cozy rooms. We were on the second floor and had a great view of the mountains and the little park. Having a microwave and small fridge in the room were a definite bonus with small children. We had a light snack with the kids after coming back from all the festivities, and the microwave came in very handy. The pool and spa were also a big hit with the kids, even in December. We stayed in the spa until we were too hot to stay any longer, and then dove into the heated pool to cool off. The water was still pretty cool though, and we went back to the spa after a while to warm back up. The breakfast was delicious, the kids loved making their own waffles, and the potatoes were seasoned perfectly. The little train that runs around the dinning area kept the kids entertained and in their seats while they ate, so that's a nice touch. Overall we had a wonderful time and appreciated how friendly everyone was.
