Steve and his team are terrific! Their customer service is 2nd to none. I'm able to get my insurance needs taken care via phone, online and if need be I can always come to the office if I want. American Family is a customer focused company which I appreciate in this day and age. I would highly recommend given Steve's team a call to set up a Personal Insurance Review. You don't know what you don't know and they'll help you understand why we should have insurance and most importantly when to use your insurance.

Every time I walk into the American Family office, I know for a fact that I'm going to be taken care of. They have a great team who wants to help in whatever way possible!

Amazing customer service and Steve and his crew really have what is best for you in mind. I appreciate the company that puts its customers in first place to provide the best they can provide for the least amount of cost. Prior to coming to American Family, I was with USAA. For any and all who has dealt with USAA, you know they are one of the best companies to work with, but when Steve and I sat down to work out numbers and he was able to get me even better coverage on all three of my cars and both of our homes and save us over $200 every 6 months on my insurance costs, there was no looking back. Thanks again Steve and the crew at Ellensburg's American Family Insurance office.
