Went in the store in Tacoma on Saturday, was met at the door with the RUDEST, most condescending sales rep I have encountered in years. I was with my 16yo daughter and was ready to buy a complete new set and wanted her to be custom fitted. Sales rep completely demeaned my daughter, ripped on title 9, and could only brag about how he fitted Bill Russell once. Only questioned I asked was if we could demo some clubs for my daughter. It was an absolutely unreal experience. Went to Pro Golf Discount next day and had a tremendous experience, and spent almost $2K in top of the line custom fit clubs. They should be ashamed of themselves for having that sales rep at that store. They only got 1 star because that was the only option. Disgusting. If your a female, STAY AWAY.

Drove from oak harbor with a coupon for $10 off that I won in a contest. On the way down realized that the coupon expired 2 days ago.... had a pair of shoes to buy in hand....not only would they not honor the coupon... Didn't even pretend to show any interest in my business, or want to suggest any compromise. Very interesting choice. Pro golf discount here I come.

Visited the Tacoma location and had an incredible experience!! Was in the market for some new irons, but had no idea where to start. Gabriel was extremely helpful, listened to what I wanted, gave great customer service and advice! Even tweaked my grip a bit. Thanks so much - will recommend Puetz hands down. M4 for the win!!

Totally great experience overall from start to finish. I have been a customer there for over 10 yrs. They have fitted me with everything in my bag. It was a good long educational experience. I do have a concerning with customers not understanding patience with the staff that work there. If you walk into any business and they are busy I suggest turning around and walk away. You will not get any 1 on 1 or special treatment especially if your willing to spend the big bucks. You must have patience in the Golf industry. It's too bad that good people that know what they are talking about and have great customer service get let go because others that don't have patience. Thank you John, Kevin, and Steve for helping me during the busy hours and the not so busy hours. It's too bad that you can get let go of a Job because of a review. It is not always about the numbers. Please hire more staff to meet the demand. Thanxs again Puets

My husband and I were visiting the Olympia/Seattle area from Colorado. We had a few hours to kill so we did a search for a golf shop. When we pulled into the parking lot, we were expecting a super store to be super big, but when we walked in, we were amazed at the amount of products they carry. Steve greeted us with a genuine interest in helping us with whatever we needed. He set us up with a variety of clubs to try and found us each the perfect club we needed for our game. Steve is highly knowledgeable, very personable and has the uncanny ability to detect the needs of any golfers swing. We are very impressed with his salesmanship as well as the rest of the staff. It goes to show you don't have to be super big, to be super good!
