Russ and Ryan were friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed with how well we were treated. They listened to what we wanted and worked hard to get us into what we chose. We never felt like customers, it felt like a friendship. This was my first time buying a vehicle from Bud Clary, and we will be back as long as Russ and Ryan are there to work with. THANK YOU SO MUCH RUSS & RYAN, I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK!!!

Respectful and Helpful: Shannon Poole was professional and responsive, start to finish. She worked with us to find a great middle ground on our trade-in that both sides were happy with, and got us a great deal on the car we were interested in, a new 2018 Subaru Outback, without ever selling us on anything we weren't looking for. She took the intimidating or pushy elements you'd expect from buying a car completely out of the process, and was instead very informative and accommodating. The process was transparent, respectful, and efficient, and I would absolutely recommend working with her. Bonus points: she was really funny and recommended us a great gyro place. - Zack O'Connor, Astoria

I had my very old Subaru (2001 Forester) serviced there after noticing that the thermostat pegged in the red zone on the way home from a short trip. Thankfully I was within a few blocks of my house. I took the car to Bud Clary Subaru the next day to ask a question about something unrelated and while I was there, I described the thermostat problem. The service agent had my car hoisted on a lift and the service technician and I went over all that was wrong with the car. I won't bore you with the details but it needed a lot of work. I could see that. I left the car there to be repaired. A lot of major work was done in 2.5 days which means that I was not inconvenienced much. A shuttle driver gave me a ride to and from the dealership which also helped alleviate my anxiety. When I picked the car up, the service agent went through the invoice with me. I asked questions and they were answered to my satisfaction. All in all, a good experience.

I was very pleased with every aspect of my purchase experience at Bud clary. Shannon Poole did an excellent job helping find exactly what I wanted and did it with enthusiasm. She was quick and efficient with all the paperwork. I am very pleased with how well Bud Clary takes care of their customers; even after a vehicle is purchased. I will definitely recommend Bud clary to everyone who is looking to buy a vehicle. Thank you!
