Chris is very courteous and knowledgeable. He lowered my insurance rate and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. If you want really good service, Chris is the man. Thank you.

I have been with them for roughly 5 years now. I have never had issues. Always polite & helpful. Great rates as well. Also, I pay online which seems to work best for my schedule, but I have paid in house and it was simple.

My rates are lower which is nice. However no one ever answeres the phone! I have been calling for the past 5 days to mame my payment and no one answeres. Ever! I can't even leave a message on the voice mail for them to call me back. Completely annoying!

Chris was heaven sent to me .He was referred to me by a friend and I had just opened a business here in Moses Lake and knew nothing of what I needed. Chris came to my shop and worked his magic and I was done. No stress and no extra running around. I would highly recommend him and his agency!

My neighbor referred me over to Chris so I thought I would be in good hands. It was very difficult to get a hold of him first off and when I finally did he was very dry and not much help. After seeing his site and him speaking on it I would have thought much different about the experience, needless to say I was let down. I'm not the expert on insurance , Chris is suppose to be, but not once did he make me feel like he was. I was too sketched out to call him again.
