The staff are helpful and prices are great, even with the exchange rate. What can I say, Canada loves Dicks Amazing prices. Nearly as much as the Americans. Them Americans couldn't get enough Dicks Savings. I was surprised, driving up the I5 to the mother land, at just how many Dicks there are in Washington State. I can't wait to get Dicks up To Canada. I want to see Dicks everywhere! Dicks for everyone! I want to see Dicks up everywhere Terrace, Whitehorse, Yukon, exploding all over the north! I wonder if there are Dicks in Alaska. If there is I bet they're the biggest Dicks in the world. ....

I'm shopping for a kayak. I stopped at Dick's after checking out another huge outdoor outfitter in the area. Gotta say, Dick's had more offerings.

This store is great. Rarely too busy so it is nice to shop. Staff are available for assisting you and regularly will ask if you need any help. Selection of clothes and equipment is great. Parking is great.

Was shopping for a gun safe with a friend on Sunday (12/3/17) at around 2pm. I will say that the prices in the store are a lot better then at Cabelas for similar products, but the customer service (at least at the gun counter) is extremely rude. My friend was waiting patiently at the counter for a representative to finish a sale so she could ask to open a safe. When she was able asked to open a safe (one that required a key) the representative sighed and rolled his eyes at her and proceeded to ignore her and not acknowledge her request. We stood there for a few more minutes being ignored and then left. We probably would have bought the safe if we had been able to look inside, but now we will give our business to Costco or Cabelas even for higher prices. We understand that customer service is tough and there are very rude customers out there, but if a customer is polite and patient and still receives rude and degrading service unprovoked then you have lost my business.
