This place is beautiful. The rooms are newly renovated and relaxing. The grounds are well maintained. Rooms have small drip coffee maker and mini fridge. Only thing missing was a microwave, love to heat up leftovers. The entire staff are cheerful and helpful. Phil is so very helpful and anxious to greet and assist the guests. Stone wall is very lucky to have Phil on their staff. Many outside activities available. Construction at the pool and fire pit area going on now but will be done soon. Should be very pretty with 2 bars by fire pit and pool when done. Can't wait to see the finished product.

Fantastic visit! Great place for families- there are many activities for children. Food was good, staff has been friendly and accommodating. Grounds are beautiful! Lots of large windows and scenic views. Recommended.

This place is beautifully breathtaking! We came here for my daughter's 7th birthday. Staff had balloons, candy and a card in our room when we arrived. There is so much to see and so many places to adventure to. It was raining but we still had an amazing time. I recommend this place 100%!

Beautiful atmosphere! Wonderful ammenities! Stonewall Resort is a hidden treasure tucked in the central part of West Virginia. Both times recently that I've been there it's been during the winter months. Looking forward to going back when the weather is warmer and we can enjoy all the outside activities offered. 5 stars!

They have a nice indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. Nice gym. Woods nearby with hiking trails. Staff are polite. There is only one restaurant and one bar with essentially the same menu (in the summer, there may be food at the golf building, but it wasn't open when we were there in winter). The bar is noisy and lacking in atmosphere (more like a high school cafeteria than a rustic tavern). The restaurant has a regular menu and buffet. The staff try to shunt you toward the buffet, which is not bad but is around $25 per meal per person. It's very very meat heavy. The staff couldn't get details in our orders correct. The food was passable, but I was a little tired of eating there 3 meals per day. There is nowhere else to eat that is less than 45 miles away, so we felt kind of trapped.
