Food here is really good but if you want to eat it, make sure you have a couple if hours minimum because the service is so unbelievable slow it is unacceptable. We arrived at 6:00pm on Saturday. Ordered drinks after a 15 minute wait. Finally received our drinks after 30 minutes. Tried to order as soon as possible and have now been waiting for 45 minutes since placing our order and still have no food. It is not very busy, half the tables are empty. 75 minutes since arriving and 2 drinks with no food insight. Server spill part of a drink on our table and didn't even apologize, clean it up, or get us another drink. Currently held hostage waiting on our food.

Probably the most enjoyable experience at a restaurant that I've had in a long time. The food was superb, the wait staff was helpful and very courteous. I recommend it to anyone.

Black Friday Funny! My family and I finally got to eat around 8:00pm. We entered and got seated right away. The place was empty. Should have been our first indication to bolt. Everything went down hill from there. We had to ask after 20 min. for someone to take out order, we laughed when we were served our nachos and other Apps. 1 hour later. The 12.00 nachos were literally a single layer of chips placed around dipping sauce, fit for 1/2 person. Our trio app platter was good but cold. This place will go out of business within a year if this is their normal restaurant protocol. Yikes!

I have never had a problem with tgi Fridays. Food is always good and cooked to my liking. But tonight is different. We waited about 1 hour for our food, on a slow night. I have never been disappointed by them until tonight. TGI Fridays, step up your game or my business will be taken else where.
