Overpriced and the staff is rude. Discrimination against people of color!

The ribs are seasoned with a "THICK" coating of celery salt, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder doused with liquid smoke to mask the fact that the ribs are a fraud. They are cooked in a machine (Smoke-a-Roma) that takes 45 minutes to cook 30 pounds of ribs. They barely see the surface of a grill. The sauce is a base of chili sauce, liquid smoke and a few other seasonings. The fish breading is seasoned flour. 30 years removed from the restaurant business has kept the owner just another used car salesman.
