I had to go there to get a good pair of running shoes. I had already been to run away shoes were they were kind of helpful and tried to sell me a pair of shoes that didn't feel good. I decided to give dicks a try. When I got there, I was amazed that they checked to see what kind of Runner I was, did I pronate, Etc they put me on the treadmill and took video of how I was running. When all said and done I came home with a perfect pair of shoes. I would recommend anyone to go to dicks because they are very thorough.

Amazing variety of clothing and sports wear. They supply almost every new release of name brand athletic wear the day they come out. The store is kept clean and the employees definitely know what they are talking about.

I like walking around Dick's and look at merchandise. I am not into golf, running, tennis , and other sports. My outdoor activities are centered around fishing. Their fishing area is average or below. At times, I can find things in the fishing area I cannot find anywhere. At the end of a season, their close out sales can be amazing, especially clothing.

Limited sizes in the store for baseball cleats. Guy in the shoe department was really nice and helpful.

Unless there is an uncharacteristically large discount or a huge sale on a certain item, Dick's is overpriced on almost everything they sell. Their store is clean and well maintained, with friendly staff, but I'd buy a jersey from a guy behind a dumpster before I spent 250 bucks on one from Dick's. With the advent of internet shopping, it's hard to understand how places like this stay open!
