We; my fiance and I; absolutely love the Grand Geneva! This has become our vacation spot; as well as our not so secret getaway spot. The staff is always nice, polite, and willing to do whatever they can to help you enjoy your time here. The restaurant The Chophouse is phenomenal and has great views along the balcony of the property. There are some really nice events always taking place and going on too. (Sip and paint is lots of fun). Definitely a great place to go and get away. Just far enough away to feel like a vacation, yet close enough to home in case you feel homesick or have an emergency.

This place is so cool. If anyone reading this has ever been to House on the Rock this is like the hotel version of that...I'm not sure how else to explain it. The rooms are nice. The place is quiet for the large number of guests it accommodates. I stayed here while traveling for work but I saw a lot of postings about different things to do, including a lot of family friendly evening events. There is always something interesting to look at. This is on the pricey side (but usually when I'm traveling for work I stay in Hilton or Wyndam hotels so that's for comparison, so pricey compared to those) but definitely could be a one stop spot for a vacation. There are several restaurants and bars inside the grounds and a water park, which I unfortunately did not get the chance to visit.

Beautiful place. We walked the grounds and found it very peaceful. Enjoy a few restaurants and bars, golf, spa, horseback riding, and, oh yeah, there's a water park too! We brought our infant. It was tough to get around with a stroller. Lots of stairs throughout.

I have been to Grand Geneva a number of times for a number of reasons. This last visit was for my work place's holiday party. Staff is courteous and professional. Rooms are comfortable, and modern. The bathroom mirror even has a television built in! The resort is located close to downtown Lake Geneva and offers many activities for people of all ages. From skiing, horseback riding, spa activities and a great pool there is something to do for everyone. There are restaurants and bars, amazing brunches and lots of public spaces for meetings or entertaining. I highly recommend Grand Geneva Resort and Spa.

Fabulous meal! Excellent service from Candice. Great ambiance. Only negative, it's very expensive. . . But we are worth it! Bill was $125 plus a $20 tip. No alcoholic beverages for 2 people. Everything was top quality. You get what you pay for.
