I really appreciate the attention and service I received from Jonnee. She covered all the facts and helped me understand my coverage on all my policies. Jonnee and her crew could not have made the transition from the insurance company I was leaving to American Family. I was able to choose the exact withdrawl date I wanted my payments to be taken out without having to deal with calling it in every month. Am Fam was also able to give me better coverage at a lower price on all my insurance needs as well. It really means a lot to me to feel comfortable and having the sense of trust knowing how great it has been working with Johnee and her staff. I have been with them now for 6 months and things could not be smoother. I highly suggest giving her a call and letting them see what they can for you!!

Jonee goes above expectations for people whether they are a customer or not. She answers, or returns phone calls, and emails, text messages. She is a dying breed. They broke the mold when they made her.
