I really appreciate the attention and service I received from Jonnee. She covered all the facts and helped me understand my coverage on all my policies. Going the extra mile to make sure everything was what I needed is why I changed to American Family Insurance company. She is a big credit to represent American Family Insurance. Thanks much Jonnee.

Congratulations, Jonnee, to you and your staff! You deserve all these accolades and honors and many more. Give yourself a pat on the back--or maybe even two pats. Then add a feather or two to your cap. You do great work, with fantastic knowledgeable service. When I do business with you, I always feel as though I'm among true friends! THANK YOU! Sincerely, Michael Tucker, Wausau, WI

Jonnee and her crew could not have made the transition from the insurance company I was leaving to American Family. I was able to choose the exact withdrawl date I wanted my payments to be taken out without having to deal with calling it in every month. Am Fam was also able to give me better coverage at a lower price on all my insurance needs as well. It really means a lot to me to feel comfortable and having the sense of trust knowing how great it has been working with Johnee and her staff. I have been with them now for 6 months and things could not be smoother. I highly suggest giving her a call and letting them see what they can for you!!

Jonee goes above expectations for people whether they are a customer or not. She answers, or returns phone calls, and emails, text messages. She is a dying breed. They broke the mold when they made her.
